Preparing for Your Appointment
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, we recommend completing our digital forms prior to your appointment. After scheduling, you’ll receive a link to these forms. Please bring any relevant medical records or imaging results along as well.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Arriving a few minutes early will give you time to settle in and ask any initial questions.
Our Commitment to Your Care
When you arrive, our friendly staff will greet you and ensure your forms are complete. We’ll then begin with a posture screen and nervous system scan using our advanced INSiGHT technology. This helps us assess your nervous system function and identify any areas of concern.
Next, you’ll have a consultation with one of our experienceed chiropractors. This is your opportunity to discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals for your care. Following the consultation, we’ll perform a thorough chiropractic examination. In most cases, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this initial visit. The entire process typically takes about 45 minutes, and we strive to keep wait times to a minimum. We respect your time and aim to make your visit as efficient and effective as possible.
During your second visit, which usually lasts about 30 minutes, we’ll review your examination findings in detail and discuss how chiropractic care can help you achieve your health goals. We’ll provide recommendations for your personalized care plan and perform your second adjustment. This visit is crucial in setting the foundation for your ongoing care and ensuring you understand the path forward.
